Pretty Overseer, Flaming Firefly's kemonomimi-centric visual novel, is now available for purchase on Steam.

Previously, we wrote about Pretty Overseer during its Kickstarter campaign earlier this year. Following the campaign's success, Flaming Firefly released the title five months later. In the game proper, players take the role of a lieutenant at a military academy, tasked with watching over new recruits unable to control their magical abilities. Under the orders of your superior, Mistress Neoma, you'll have to train these girls and harness their potential so they can pass their final exam. If they fail the test, they will be deemed as dangerous and promptly isolated from society.

Each of these girls will require different approaches to teaching. Don’t hesitate to be strict on them, but be careful not to stress them out: the more stressed-out the recruits get, the harder it is for them to control their magic. Mistress Neoma will be watching like a hawk, expecting you to keep your relationships with the recruits professional, though you're free to spend your off-time however you like. There are four love interests in Pretty Overseer, giving players the option to either spend time with their trainees—Lucy, Lunette, and Clarisse—or get better acquainted with Mistress Neoma herself.
