Human Farm Rehabilitation is an eroge in which a delinquent girl tries to escape from a human farm. The heroine, Aina, is a rebellious youth who was sent to a human farm as a form of training and rehab. Upon her arrival, she discovers firsthand that her best friend, Karen, has been there for some time. As a result of her stay, Karen has become a wildly different person, being turned into a submissive and milkable cow. With nothing but her strong and tenacious will, Aina tries to escape the facility before she suffers the same fate.

Players will have to help Aina navigate the human farm and avoid the staff, or else she will be treated with erotic punishments. There are sixteen H-scenes and fifteen basic CGs in Human Farm Rehabilitation, which can all be found in the game's recollection room. Some scenes include spanking, intense milking of large breasts, bondage, ahegao, intimate scenes with Karen, and sexual machinery. Explore the game as much as you like and collect all of the seven endings.
