Cuckies & Cream: Maids for Milking is a nukige with a simplistic story: a rich man with an unflattering appearance takes care of his libido by paying off women to sleep with him. Rather than hire a typical prostitute, he offers to pay four housewives enough money to cover the debts of their husbands. To make the situation even spicier, he has them dress up in pink maid outfits and personally serve him at a small diner.

The four women include the motherly Ayano, the innocent Yuri, the former model Chisato, and a tsundere named Haruka. At first, the four are appalled for having to steep so low to make ends meet. The situation is made especially worse given the rich man’s appalling looks and personality. Over the course of the incident, though, they find themselves surprised by his sexual prowess and slowly succumb to a level of pleasure they hadn’t previously imagined.
