MOTH, an RPG about a high school girl investigating the murder of her father, is now available on Itch.io and DLsite.

MOTH is a mystery RPG that follows Gazelle, a spoiled 20 year-old who is still attending high school. One night, she was going off to hang out with her boyfriend when her father tried to stop her. As he started nagging Gazelle about her getting held back in school and staying out late with guys, she rushed out of the house, refusing to listen. When she returned home later on, she found her father’s corpse in a puddle of blood, holding a coin with the image of a moth on it.

While Gazelle reported the crime to the police, it eventually felt as though they hadn’t made any progress on the case at all. Based on the coin left behind, one of the officers even said that her father got involved with the MOTH organization and that his death was his own fault. With no one willing to help her, Gazelle is determined to track down the MOTH organization and her father’s killer herself—even if it means selling her own body.
