A detective investigates a serial killer from her past while three men are after her in the yandere otome game, Heart Cage.

Heart Cage is an erotic otome game with only yandere love interests. The heroine, Orli Anticia, is a detective for the Carter Detective Agency. When her boss accepts a hefty deposit from a mysterious commissioner called W, he sends Orli to complete the job. She is sent to live in Usodar Town for four months while accepting detective work on the side. After settling into her new apartment, a message from W crashes through her window, telling her to come outside. In the alleyway, she finds a body with its heart ripped out — the same way her parents were murdered. Could her parents’ killer still be out there or is this a copycat?

The game will have at least three love interests, unless stretch goals are met and each guy will be a different kind of yandere. You will also be able to investigate crime scenes and inspect the area, similar to that of a point-and-click adventure. There will be over fifteen endings. Keep in mind that the evidence you collect and the choices you make will determine what ending you will receive. Ricelovecoffee plans for the full game to have full English voice acting, over forty CGs, and ten-to-twelve hours of content.

Ricelovecoffee needs $130,000 HKD (around $16,609 USD) to fund Heart Cage on Kickstarter. If they reach their goal, they have six stretch goals that will unlock more content for the game.

At $148,729 HKD (around $19,000 USD), the rock musician, G#'s route will be unlocked.

At $172,213 HKD (around $22,000 USD), Orli’s childhood friend Sid will receive a route.

At $195,696 HKD (around $25,000 USD), Clark, the boss of the detective agency, will receive a route.

At $203,524 HKD (around $26,000 USD), new merch will be made for the newly added love interests.

At $234,835 HKD (around $30,000 USD), an animated trailer will be made for the game.

At $313,114 HKD (around $40,000 USD), 18+ DLC will be made for every character, including the stretch goal characters.
