I'm Tired of Being Alone, So I Decided to Make a Harem is a simple simulation game in which players look for girls willing to join their harem. The game's story plays out in a small city. Over time, players discover new landmarks they can travel to using a map screen. Depending on the time of day, the heroines can be found in different locations, with different scenes to offer. The goal of the game is to unlock all of the locations and find the heroines while they’re spending their time in one of these areas.

The game features both pixel art animations and larger animated CGs to discover. Which scene you’ll see depends on where you speak with the heroine. Girls can also be called to the protagonist’s room, but even then, the scenes that play will depend on the time of day. In total, there are five heroines to add to your harem.
