The boys of the Otoko Cross puzzle games are back in Otoko Cross: Pretty Boys Breakup! This time around, instead of playing mahjong or solitaire, they are challenging you in a brick-breaking arcade game. In each level, you will need to destroy the bricks by smacking a ball against them. Enemies will try to shoot you, but their attacks can be reflected back with a well-timed swing of your beam saber. Some blocks will drop power ups, so make sure to grab it before it’s gone. There are thirty-six stages. If you finish the main game you can unlock Naked Mode, this will allow you to play the game with the boys completely nude.

The stages will increase with difficulty and the points you collect can be used in the shop to purchase sexy outfits and backgrounds. Everything you unlock in the shop can be used in the Dressing Room Mode, which allows you to set up dioramas of your favorite characters. Along with the original cast: Jules, Quincy, Haru, Morgan, and Kyun; there are four new boys joining the game. Meet Dakota, a martial artist from Canada; Faren, a Brazilian skater boy; Sydney, an Australian police officer; and Bao, the airline pilot from Hong Kong. All of the characters have different uniforms and lingerie that you can dress them up in so you can create whatever scenario you want for your diorama.
