Forbidden Confessions is a series of sexual stories inspired by true confessions. The first game in the series, subtitled "Blackout", involved a man talking about his sexual escapades with his three step-sisters. Forbidden Confessions: My Neighbor’s Daughter follows Mr. Jacobs, a man in his forties whose wife left him for another man. Half a year has passed since then, and he's slowly getting over the affair when his new neighbors move in. He gets along well with the parents, since they're around his age, but he takes more of an interest in their twenty-one year-old daughter, Sandy. She has a sexy body that he just can’t keep his eyes off of.

One night, Mr. Jacobs hears a knock on his door, only to find Sandy at his doorstep with tears in her eyes. She forgot her house key and her parents won’t be home until after 10 pm. When he asked her what was wrong, she said she won’t tell him unless he promises not to tell her parents: when Sandy was eighteen, she was raped by her ex-boyfriend. It was a tragic event for her and she didn’t want to get sexual with another guy until she was ready. She eventually got another boyfriend who was sweet to her, but when they were at a party, he made a move on her and she promptly left. Mr. Jacobs reassures her that what happened isn’t what sex is supposed to be, with Sandy then asking him to show her what real sex is supposed to feel like.
