Universe in Cum 💦 🌎 is a science fiction visual novel about a young woman named Natalie, whose ship crashes on a little-known planet. Fortunately, she's found by the locals, who offer to help her. She's told of an old, now abandoned human station, which might let her send out an emergency signal.

Throughout the story, Natalie attempts to make her way to the station. On her way there, she meets many of the local inhabitants, who can smell a human’s approach from afar. The average sex drive of the people living on this planet is much higher than on Earth. Many of them attempt to have her way with Natalie, at times even against her will. Sex scenes in Universe in Cum 💦 🌎 are fully animated with 3D graphics, with Natalie becoming a partner to a small selection of alien futanari.
