My Life as a Cult Leader, a cult-themed nukige by Orcsoft, has been published by Kagura Games on Steam, GOG, and their own storefront.
My Life as a Cult Leader is a short visual novel about an arrogant man at the lowest point in his life. Not only did he just lose his job, but was evicted shortly thereafter, ending up on the streets. His salvation comes in the form of a mysterious woman who invites him to join a cult; not as a member, but as its new founder. The current leader is suffering from an illness and needs a stand-in in his place. While the protagonist doesn’t know the woman or why she’d even choose him, he accepts the offer, finding it a better deal than living in the park.
There are many mysteries surrounding the cult, such as what exactly caused its current leader to end up on a deathbed. Mysteries notwithstanding, the protagonist now has to focus on leading the congregation, which consists of five beautiful women. There’s Itsuki, the rude woman who’s recruited him, as well as the shy housewife, Ayaka; the famous idol, Marina; and the competitive Kiriko. What’s more, all of them are willing to provide him and other men of the cult with sexual gratification.
