Moving in with My Step-sister, centers around a man who just graduated from school life and moved to the city to achieve his dream. Even though the city is fast-paced and active, he still feels as though his life has fallen into a dull routine. Each day, he would only have time to go to work at the restaurant, then come home afterwards. On one ordinary day, he received a call from his mother, who shares some news with him: his step-sister found a job in his city and needs a place to stay for a few days. Before he could even object to the proposition, his mother hung up the phone. Though he and his step-sister grew up together, he saw her more as a friend than a sibling. On the day she arrived at his home, he couldn’t help but feel nervous.

When the protagonist goes to work, he will receive text messages from his step-sister during his break. During these times, you will have a chance to talk with her and increase your bond together. Once your bond is strong enough, you will unlock sex events featuring adult CGs animated with Live2D. You can also increase your bond together by cooking for her and buying her gifts. In the cooking minigame, you must follow a recipe and prepare the ingredients accordingly, adjusting the percentage of each ingredient portion and turning up the heat. A quick-time event will appear where you need to stop the dial on the green part of the bar. How well you complete the recipe will affect your score and the bond with your step-sister.
