Get revenge on your landlord by sleeping with the women closest to him in Secret Garden's NTR-centric RPG, MILF Conditioning, available now on Steam.

MILF Conditioning was developed by Secret Garden, the same creator behind My Newborn Life in a Harem and Woman’s Prison. In the game, you play as a man worried about paying rent, when he unintentionally saves his landlord’s timid wife, Sophia. You escort her back home, expecting to be thanked for your kindness, only for the the landlord to glare at you condescendingly and ask why you’re here, while Sophia remains silent. Unable to stop thinking about this, you decide to take revenge against your landlord for his disrespect. The plan plan was to take everything from him, starting with the women closest to him. First, you would go after Sophia, the cowardly wife with a sexy body; the next step would be Revona, his daughter who is attending university; and finally, the plan ends with Miko, the bitchy lover that he has been seeing on the side.

Players will have three possible actions each day: conditioning, working, and going out. Conditioning will increase Sophia’s slavery value, while working increases your money, and going out could either trigger story events, force you to spend money, or help you regain stamina. While Sophia’s slavery value is needed to trigger sex events, some CGs can only be unlocked under specific conditions. Some events need to happen at a certain time of day or require the right item; as an example, a sex event with Revona can only be triggered after starting your third job in-game.

You can purchase MILF Conditioning on sale from Steam for $9.89. After December 13th, the sale will end and the game will return to its original sales price of $10.99.
