In Reverse R*pe Reincarnation, our protagonist Azuma got hit by a car and was on the brink of death, but he was saved by the goddess Sophia. In order to repay her for saving his life, she transports him to a parallel world and orders him to defeat the demon lord. Having read many light novels, Azuma expects to have unlimited cheat powers and a harem of beautiful ladies tending to his needs.

Unfortunately, when he gets to the new world, he instantly dies to a slime girl. Sophia again reincarnates him, then tells him that she forgot to bless him before his previous reincarnation. Annoyed by this, Azuma demands an apology, but Sophia decides to stomp on his dick repeatedly as punishment for not being grateful that she decided to reincarnate him in the first place. As his adventure continues, Azuma gets raped and ridiculed by female companions and monsters alike in this world where women are more powerful than men.

Enemies will appear on the map and must be touched to initiate a battle. The heroines will not fight alongside you, but you can use their abilities during your turn and fill up their arousal bar. Once the bar is filled up, you can no longer use that girl's abilities until you decrease her arousal. If Azuma’s arousal bar is full, you will get a CG with one of the enemies. You don’t need to worry about Azuma dying in battles, since Sophia will just reincarnate him again in town, or where he died.
