Man-Eater Games has released a NSFW Patch for their metafictional fairy tale visual novel, I deserve a happy ending.

I deserve a happy ending is a metafictional story first released in English back on June 29th. It takes place in an unfinished book about a prince who does acts of heroism so he can claim his place as the heir to the throne. Since the author died before finishing the story, the prince has been left in the story for years, waiting for someone to help him reach his goal. As the new owner of the book you have decided to continue where the author left off and lead the prince to his happy ending. Help the prince become king and get him to fall in love with two handsome men he meets on his journey.

There are three routes and six different endings in total. You have two romantic options: Elyon, the soft spoken elf from a foreign land; and Yvoress, a dark wizard from another time period. Fall in love with one of them or go deeper into the book and uncover its mysteries. I deserve a happy ending restricted section edition is a NSFW patch that will add an optional sex scene for each route. You can toggle the scenes on and off in the main menu.
