UNDERGROUND PARTY is an action platformer about the struggles of Shiori, the game's protagonist, in her attempts to regain her freedom. The young woman was suddenly abducted and brought to an immense underground facility. Dressed in a bondage outfit that was forced onto her and armed with only a simple pistol, she has no choice but to try escaping on her own.

Controlling Shiori, players are tasked with running through multiple levels filled with enemies, traps, jumping puzzles, and boss encounters. Shiori can utilize melee attacks, dashes, and gunfire to make it through the prison’s wardens. If necessary, the heroine can even masturbate to recover her health and clear the screen from enemies. While the game may be challenging, players can skip levels and boss fights using special settings, allowing players of all skill levels to reach the ending.

While exploring the game's 2D levels, players may come across collectibles in the form of memories and classified information. The latter are journal entries, providing a better look at enemy sprites and lore behind the game’s setting. Memories contain adult scenes, with 35 CGs to unlock throughout the game.
