My Therapist is a Futanari 2 is the short sequel to My Therapist is a Futanari, a visual novel part of owlyboi's "My ___ is a Futanari" series of games. In the previous game, the protagonist felt their life was going nowhere and opted to visit a therapist, Dr. Jennings. After the first session with her, the experience led to the protagonist returning for more guidance. During your last visit, you couldn’t follow the doctor's instructions properly. This time, she has decided to take a more unexpected, hands-on approach. Nobody said therapy would be easy and Dr. Jennings’ treatment isn’t a common method, yet you can’t help but listen to her.

Just like the previous game, My Therapist is a Futanari 2 is a kinetic story with no choices or multiple routes. The game's story spans over four thousand words and features a few H-scenes where Dr. Jennings manipulates you, violating your ass with her cock. As with prior entries, you have the option to name your character to immerse yourself into the story.
