Hentai Heaven's Slutty Salvation takes place in a fantasy world under the care of two goddesses: Shellis and Cilia. To protect their land from the invasion of a dark lord, they summoned a man from another world, outfitted him with weapons and artifacts, and sent him off on an adventure. The hero promptly met their expectations and banished the great evil, but instead of showing him gratitude, the goddesses' subjects instead decided to imprison him.

Upon the moment of betrayal, the goddess Shellis appeared to save the hero and protect his good name. She also makes sure to provide him with a reward he deserves, but soon finds his sexual prowess so overbearing that his manhood becomes the only thing left on her mind. Seeing how successful he was at wooing one goddess, the hero decides to conquer the other as well, with Cilia soon falling under his control just as easily. With the two goddesses available at his whim, the hero embarks to take revenge on the royal family that dared to betray him, all the while satisfying his urges using the two women.

The English release of Hentai Heaven's Slutty Salvation features full Japanese voice acting, artwork available in 4:3 and upscaled 16:9 resolutions, a story spanning just a couple of hours, and enhanced sprite animations. Users can replay the game from any point using built-in scene selection, gallery, and scene studio modes.
