Rabbit Hole is a side-scrolling platformer in which you need to serve customers at a brothel. There are two sections of the game: one where you play as Boy, the black rabbit, and another one where you play as the girls of Rabbit Hall. As Boy, you will need to go to the bunny girls' rooms to escort them to their next client. Once you get them, you will play as the bunny girl, where she will pick a client and lead them to a couch. Afterwards, you will play as Boy again. Once a girl is done with a client, she will be covered in cum. It's then up to you to hand her a towel so she can clean up, go to her room, and get ready for the next client.

Each of your client is interested in specific service and sex acts. The performance of the bunny girls is determined by how many hearts she collects before servicing him. The more hearts she collects, the higher the client will rate the establishment. When you receive a higher rating, you will receive more clients. If you have enough money, you will be able to move to a bigger location and hire more girls and a bartender to work for you. The biggest shop can house six bunny girls and handle even more clientele. When you have a bartender, you will be able to serve drinks to clients, leading them to give the brothel a higher rating.

Sometimes, wolves will enter the brothel. If you encounter a wolf as Boy, he will steal your money, but if you encounter them as one of the girls, the wolf will fuck her immediately without paying. You can combat the wolves if Boy collects one of the hearts that float around the brothel. For five seconds, Boy can punch a wolf to make him leave. However, if he does this, the wolf will take even more money from him if Boy encounters him again without a heart.
