PUSH! Publication has launched a Kickstarter campaign for English and Japanese releases of their newest visual novel, Indenture.

Indenture is a visual novel that follows the prideful Nishimura family. The family has a strong history in kendo, with their dojo residing in a village far away from even the closest city. After a recent tragedy struck, a terrible deal their family made in secret many years ago has finally reared its head to haunt them. One day, the eldest daughter, Hiroko, overheard her parents pleading with an unknown man. No matter how much they begged, the man was adamant to have Hiroko and her younger sister, Ayaka, participate in a ceremony. Just what exactly is this ceremony and what fate will befall Ayaka and Hiroko? Can the Nishimura family manage to save both their reputation and dojo, or will this tragedy be the end of them?

PUSH! Publication is currently aiming to raise $25,000 to fully fund Indenture. If they manage to raise that amount before the deadline, the campaign still features some additional stretch goals to reach for. If the campaign reaches $30,000, three additional CGs will be added to the game; at $35,000, the CGs will be animated; finally, at $40,000, voice acting will be added to the game's H-scenes.

The campaign also features nine different reward tiers to pledge towards.

• At $25, the Trainee tier will get you the game and exclusive digital wallpaper.
• At $40, the Senpai tier will get you the game, an exclusive digital wallpaper, an exclusive digital postcard, and a digital soundtrack of the game.

• At $50, the Kendo Graduate tier will give you the game, exclusive digital wallpaper, an exclusive digital postcard, the digital soundtrack, and an Indenture digital art book.

• At $75, the Pro Player tier will grant you the game, exclusive digital postcard, exclusive digital wallpaper, digital art book, digital soundtrack, a high-quality CG set, and one week early access to the game.

• At $100, the Masked Club Insider tier will get you the game, exclusive digital wallpaper, an exclusive digital postcard, digital art book, digital soundtrack, the high-quality CG set, one-week early access, and your name in the ‘Insider’ credit.

• At $125, the Masked Club Members (Deluxe Tier), you will get the game, exclusive digital wallpaper, an exclusive digital postcard, digital art book, digital soundtrack, the high-quality CG set, one-week early access, and your name in the ‘VIP’ credit.

• At $1,200, the Masked Club VIP will grant you the game, exclusive digital wallpaper, exclusive digital postcard, digital art book, digital soundtrack, the high-quality CG set, Insider Access, “Insider” Discord role, “Indenture Executive” Discord role, your name in the ‘Executive’ credit, a special confession letter with a photo from the girl of your choice, ten days early access, and an exclusive custom illustration by the artist that will be printed and shipped to you.

• At $2,500, the Masked Club President tier will get you the game, Insider Access, “Insider” Discord role, ‘Indenture Producer’ Discord role, exclusive digital wallpaper, exclusive digital postcard, digital art book, digital soundtrack, the high-quality CG set, a special confession letter with a photo from the girl of your choice, ten days early access, your name in the ‘Producer’ credit, and the opportunity to direct your own h-scene with your favorite girl in the game.

• At $3,500, the Masked Club Founder tier will get you the game, Insider Access, “Insider” Discord role, exclusive digital wallpaper, exclusive digital postcard, digital art book, digital soundtrack, the high-quality CG set, a special confession letter with a photo from the girl of your choice, ten days early access, “Indenture Executive Producer” Discord role, your name in the “Executive Producer” credit, the choice to direct your own h-scene with your favorite girl in the game, and an exclusive custom illustration by the artist, that will be printed and shipped to you.

The Kickstarter campaign for Indenture ends on August 13th. As of this article's writing, PUSH! Publication has raised $19,004 out of their $25,000 goal. You can find out more about the game on the Kickstarter page. The Indenture demo is available on Steam, Itch.io, and Denpasoft.
