PARADISE CLEANING -Me and my Doctor's life in the hospital- is a simple game that aims to offer a casual, dexterity-based challenge. The game is divided into 20 levels, tasking player with removing various icons off of the screen to uncover a CG underneath. Each icon can only be removed using a specific tool of a corresponding color, which can players can swap between in a set order. Each level features more cluttered screens than the last, which have to be completed within a time limit.

There are four unique CGs found in PARADISE CLEANING -Me and my Doctor's life in the hospital-, each available in five variants that can be unlocked for viewing the gallery mode by beating their respective level. The game doesn't feature any story, aside from what can be gleamed from the erotic artwork.
