Hardcore Cruising: A Sci-Fi Gay Sex Cruise! takes place aboard the HMS Size Queen. Aside from simply transporting its passengers, this luxurious cruise offers the most relaxing voyage to its passengers by training its staff to be intimately accommodating. Each worker aboard the cruise works their standard job as usual, be it that of a waiter, a chief, or a cabin boy, while also offering sexual services as a ship prostitute.

The protagonist, Milo Barre, always dreamed about working on of such cruises; he eventually did get his chance, becoming a cabin boy on the Size Queen.
