Developed by Jhinbrush, who also worked on Wife Massage and the Trick Quest and Treasure Girl series, Milf Bar is a visual novel with simple puzzle and clicker game mechanics. In-game, your boss is an attractive MILF running a bar, while your job is to mix drinks. If you serve her the right drinks and help solve her problems, she will reward your success with sex.

To mix cocktails, click on the alcohol and ingredients you need for each drink. Alcohol is added by the ounce, so click the button until you have the right amount; make as many cocktails as you can before time runs out. The game's sex scenes are animated in full 3D, letting players zoom in and view the scenes from different camera angles. Any scene you've collected previously can be viewed again through the in-game gallery.
