Y Press Games Releases Demo for ManServant: Gay Visual Novel on Steam

A demo for Y Press Games' upcoming yaoi visual novel with sex slaves and demons, ManServant: Gay Visual Novel, is now available on Steam.

ManServant: Gay Visual Novel takes place in Ancient Rome, where demons rule over the humans, who are forced into slavery. The story's protagonist, Silvan, is a prideful and handsome slave that's been used by ugly country demons his whole life. He has always dreamed of having a comfortable life, becoming part of the emperor’s court. When his current master took him to the auction house, Silvan saw the emperor’s chariot approaching. Seeing this as the chance of a lifetime, he immediately jumped in front of the chariot and begged the emperor to buy him.

His plan worked — but he was actually bought so that the emperor could execute him. Fortunately, Silvan was able to convince the demons of the emperor’s court to spare him and become a sex slave instead. If he can make one of the demons fall in love with him, they might even turn him into a demon, but it will take more than a hot body and a charming face to win them over. Silvan will have to humiliate himself if he hopes to reach his goal.

The game blends black-and-white, manga-styled scenes with a visual novel format: fourteen of the game's CGs will be in color, while eighty-four panels will be in black and white. There are three love interests and four routes planned, including a polyamorous route with the Emperor, Titan and the Minister of War, Marius. Each of the game's different routes will feature romantic and BDSM scenes. The game will also feature a story spanning over 150,000 words, thirteen different endings, and an original soundtrack.

##Silvan

He's been a slave to ugly and ignorant rural demons all his life. He knows he's handsome and thinks he deserves better. Not knowing his place in the demonic empire is a sin that will haunt him.

##Emperor Titan

The god Pluto made Titan the emperor of Rome due to his wisdom and strength, and he's sat upon his throne for hundreds of years. His tacit gaze sees through any scheme Silvan might try with him.

##Minister of War Marius

Marius' dark and violent side is easily unleashed upon slaves who don't know their place--or those foolish enough to try to manipulate him. He specializes in something called the 'Ecstasy of Agony.'

##Counselor Claudius

The once mortal counselor helps to balance out Marius' cruelty with mercy in the royal court. He's earned his place at the emperor's side with his intelligence and reason. Though fearsome in looks, he seems compassionate.

##Titan and Marius Both

There is more than a working relationship between the emperor and his minister of war. Could an adept slave manage to lower the boundaries between them, while winning both their hearts at the same time? Thruples are not unheard of in the empire.

##Julian

Julian has been a comfort slave for the royal court for several years. He has the same ambition as Silvan: to gain his freedom by turning into a demon. He doesn't appreciate that he now has a rival.

##Aquila

Though not a comfort slave, Aquila is afforded special privileges since she sometimes finds herself in a demon's bed. She has no ambitions, and may warm up to Silvan in time.
