Shiravune's modern remake of Elf's classic dating sim, Dōkyūsei: Bangin' Summer is now available on Steam.
Dōkyūsei: Bangin' Summer is a remake of Elf's original 1992 dating sim, Dōkyūsei. The original game never saw any sort of official overseas release, making Dōkyūsei: Bangin' Summer the first time the game has received a global release. The remake features updated HD artwork and additional quality-of-life features.
This coming-of-age story follows a college student with a grand plan for the summer. With just a few months before graduation, he spent the first half of his summer making lots of money. Now, he plans to spend the rest of his time breaking the bank and the hearts of some lovely ladies. After just three weeks, he's gotten closer to those girls and has grown to understand them better. Slowly, he finds himself falling in love with them and starts to have second thoughts about his original plan. As the player, you'll have to manage your time and money as you go out on dates with the game's cast of beautiful girls.
Dōkyūsei is a seminal classic of the dating sim genre that first blew Japan's mind in 1992.
This updated remake adds HD art, optional modern features, and for the first time ever, a global release.
