My Doctor is a Futanari is a short visual novel set during a young man’s visit to the doctor. The protagonist was suffering from frequent headaches that got in the way of his everyday life, leading him to schedule an appointment with the local doctor, hoping to get some aid. The doctor turns out to be a tall, red-haired futanari with a domineering presence, named Reid. The protagonist keeps ogling her, finding her appearance unusually attractive, which makes him embarrassed. Despite this immediate attraction to her, he didn't expect the appointment to take a hard turn, as Dr. Reid eventually decides to turn this visit into a sexual encounter, abusing her position as a doctor to satisfy her lust through the protagonist.

The visual novel follows the formula seen in many of owlyboi’s previous works, such as the My Stepmom is a Futanari series.
