DeadΩAegis is a sci-fi visual novel full of action and drama. In the distant future, humans have earned control over a large portion of space; however, their sector of the galaxy is now threatened by an alien invasion. The enemy proves to be much stronger than what the human forces could have ever expected. Each passing day, the situation worsens, until humans eventually find an unexpected opportunity that might just win them the war.

A bioengineering discovery reveals that when alien tissue is transplanted into the body of a young girl, it grants her superhuman abilities. These powers manifest in different ways across various subjects, but each subject effectively becomes a magical girl — one strong enough to help humanity fight back against the invading forces. Throughout the story, players will follow the valiant efforts of these girls as they defend the front lines.

DeadΩAegis features a grim narrative, containing scenes of rape at the hands of alien monsters, as well as depictions of gruesome violence. The player will have to make key choices throughout the story, which will affect future events and lead to one of multiple different endings. The visual novel also comes with various extras. For instance, reading through the story for the first time unlocks access to a number of puzzle mini-games available from the main menu. Additionally, DeadΩAegis is bundled with its prequel visual novel, DeadΩAegis: Gaiden.

Story

In the distant reaches of space, a war for the fate of humanity is being waged. We learned early that traditional weapons were useless against this extraterrestrial threat, and in our darkest hour we found a savior that could push these monsters back... girls with magical powers!

By transplanting alien tissue into the bodies of young women, our heroes are able to achieve superhuman abilities. These soldiers bravely head to the front lines to defend Earth from the vermin who seek to exterminate the human race! This stolen power manifests itself differently in each individual, allowing our defenders to specialize in roles that optimize their natural abilities. However, this new power by itself will not win our liberation. The strength of the alien invaders push our magical troops to the limit with every battle, and survival is not guaranteed.

With the bodies of your allies strewn at your feet and the maw of an unimaginable horror at your throat, will you falter? Or will you find the strength to stand and fight?
