An obsessive man kidnaps his love in RetroLab’s Bound by Love, a simulation game published by Kagura Games on Steam, Denpasoft, and Kagura Games' storefronts.

Bound by Love is a simulation romance drama developed by RetroLab. The game follows a lonely magazine editor, Yokoshima, who falls obsessively in love with a journalist from his company, Hazuki Ichinose. Once he learns that Hazuki will be transferred overseas for work, he finally motivates himself to act, determined to make her his own.

From there on out, the game plays out as a dating sim. The player can buy gifts for Hazuki, go on walks with her, and invite her to dates. By being careful and considerate with their choices, it’s possible for the player to win her affection and get a happy ending. Conversely, careless behavior may lead to a different outcome, with other men vying for her affection as well.

As per usual with Kagura Games’ releases, the game's explicit content was cut out to be distributed separately through an optional adult patch. This is especially important in this case, as the original game differs heavily from a wholesome romance story. In the game's full version, Yokoshima can kidnap Hazuki and train her as his personal sex slave, with a heavy focus on rape, bondage, and impregnation. Players looking for a classy romance can still experience it in one of the games' other routes, but should be mindful of the much darker tones present within the game.

Yokoshima is an unsuccessful magazine editor who is in love with the raven-haired beauty of the same company, Hazuki Ichinose.

He wants her all to himself, to know everything about her, to smile and laugh by her side…

Eventually, he begins to make a plan to take her for himself.

Meanwhile, he finds out that Hazuki is going to be transferred overseas. It’s time… for his plan to be put into action.

Bound by Love is now available on Steam, Denpasoft and Kagura Games for the promotional price of $13.49 until January 14th, at which point it will cost $14.99. Adult content for the Steam version of the game has to be installed separately, using a free patch available on Kagura Games' website.
