Developed by Appetite and published by Tensei Games, Master-Servant Sex with the Beauty from the Orient ~Contract with a Semen-Sucking Demon~ is an erotic visual novel in which Ryuji Sakata receives a package from his father, an archeologist traveling around the world. Ryuji opens the package and finds a pyramid shaped ornament with a note reading, “I saw something nice at an antique art dealer and thought I'd give it to you as a gift.” Disinterested in the trinket, Ryuji made plans to post the item online to see how much he can sell it for. The ornament slips onto the floor and the top if the pyramid breaks off. Smoke spews forth from the pyramid, engulfing the entire room.

Once the smoke clears, Ryuji finds a curvy dark-skinned, jackal-eared goddess on top of him. She introduces herself to him as Mistress Leila and has already claimed Ryuji as one of her servants. As it would turn out, she has been trapped in the ornament for ages. Leila demands a good meal and if Ryuji can’t get something to satisfy her hunger then she’ll have to feast on him.
