My Stepmom is a Futanari 2 is a visual novel centered around a deadbeat young man. Unable to hold down a job, the protagonist has been living off his parents for quite some time now. As he’s yet to find any fortune on the job market, the situation at the family's home has grown tense. With his father often absent at work, the protagonist mainly has to deal with his stepmother, who’s grown more and more frustrated in recent days. Before long, she bursts into the protagonist’s room with a number of tasks to keep him occupied with but seeing how much of an unlucky failure tends to be, she decides to strike a different kind of deal.

Unlike most sequels, My Stepmom is a Futanari 2 is not directly connected to the first game. Similar to the previous entry, the protagonist of the story is a young man whose father re-married a futanari woman, making her his stepmom. Though the premise is similar, the story follows a completely unrelated family with their own unique struggles. The games also share similarities in their amount of content, offering a short, simple story with a single consensual sex scene for a short burst of entertainment.
