Lesbian Sex Knights "Lolis One" is a fantasy tactical RPG reminiscent of the genre’s classics, in which you play as Sexia, a reawakened empress of a dark empire. Long ago, she served the Dark Eros, a god in conflict with his good-natured counterpart, the Light Eros. However, the Dildo Empire fell and the empress disappeared. As it turns out, she merely hid in an underground dungeon, putting herself into a state of hibernation until the world becomes ripe for conquest once again.

At least that’s what the heroine believes, having awakened in a forgotten dungeon with only the faint memory of a handful of powerful spells. Nonetheless, she quickly defeats the first adventurers she comes across, forces them to serve her, and embarks on an adventure of battle and conquest, growing her new combat team, the “Loris One,” and seeking to reestablish herself as the Empress.

Lesbian Sex Knights "Lolis One" uses a mission structure for its gameplay. Between each level, the player is treated to a narrated story segment and then given the opportunity to restock and prepare before embarking further. During levels, the player controls their party members on a square grid, moving, attacking, and looting areas of interest in search of helpful items and equipment pieces. As individual characters defeat enemies, they gain experience, which allows them to level up and increase their stats. Spending time together and fighting side by side makes the girls grow closer to each other, slowly unlocking access to the game’s adult story segments.
