A Queen Confined is a simulation game where you take the role of a baron of the Norman Empire named Saxon Dorian. Summoned to the land of Kayt, which is currently occupied by the Empire, Saxon is tasked with turning the local queen Shein Kayt into a model slave. This order comes from Dorian’s lord, Shena von Kerhya, who decided that all of the local women will be turned into slaves, and she wants their defeated queen to inspire them into becoming truly dedicated sluts.

The job is only great on paper, however, as Shena has little respect for anyone, not just the queen of Kayt, but Dorian as well. Saxon will be treated as a prison guard during his post, living in a room arranged within an old prison cell. Shena does promise to promote him to viscount for a job well done, but such rewards ignite little loyalty within him. Perhaps while working with the former queen, he can find ways to improve his fate other than to lick the boots that stomp on his face.

The gameplay of A Queen Confined takes place over multiple days. Each day you can torment queen Shein by choosing from a list of actions. Each treatment takes a different toll on the queen, decreasing her vigor. Once she runs out of energy, you will have to leave her to rest. As you train the queen, the story will slowly progress, told in the manner of a visual novel. There are twenty-three base CGs in the game with over five hundred variants to discover, including scenes for secondary characters, like Shena von Kerhya.
