Magical girls delve into a nightmare world to save their friend in maniarju’s Twin Stars Nightmare Part2, a horror RPG now available on DLsite.

Twin Stars Nightmare Part2 is a horror RPG about a pair of magical girls known as the Twin Star Sisters, who act as defenders of the fairyland of dreams. One night, they lose contact with their fairy friend, Poco, and discover that he was captured by the Nightmare, an evil being trying to plunge the world into darkness. As the sisters enter the nightmare’s horrific domain to save their friend, they’re approached by a magical girl who was brainwashed by the nightmare. The corrupt girl reveals that other girls are being tormented here as well, and challenges the sisters to a game of luck for the fate of their friend. Hoping to save Poco and the other girls, the Twin Star Sisters accept the challenge.

Throughout the game, the player has to navigate the sisters through a horrific dungeon filled with monsters. A lot of emphases is placed on combat, which uses an active time battle system. The heroines have access to a large number of offensive spells to defeat their foes with, but their enemies are just as dangerous, trying to not only kill the girls but also abuse them mid-fight by binding their movements and forcing them to orgasm with special attacks. All of the sex scenes in Twin Stars Nightmare Part2 relate to brutal abuse, with a large portion of them taking place after the player loses in a fight.

The battle system is ATB battle, which is a side view.

Since it is a side view battle, there are also enemy erotic attacks like action games.

If you lose to the enemy, the game is over and the erotic scene begins.
