Development of the adult cyberpunk RPG Memoirs of a Battle Brothel continues with a Steam Early Access release.

Set in a dystopian city-state of MoonFall, Memoirs of a Battle Brothel is a cyberpunk RPG where you take the role of an agent of the Courtesan's Guild. In a place where syndicates vie for control of the streets, the Courtesans act as mediators between the multitude of criminal organizations. As the facilitator, your job is to run one of the guild’s brothels by managing the building and the staff that keeps it running, as well as handling the guild’s business beyond the sexual services. This will often include mercenary work for various syndicates, allowing you to resolve their disputes either peacefully or forcefully, depending on your personal preferences and abilities.

The game features robust RPG mechanics, with the player being able to choose from four character classes, eight subclasses, and multiple different backgrounds, with each choice affecting their interactions with other characters. Throughout the game, the player can upgrade their brothel and its staff, explore the streets of MoonFall, engage in tactical turn-based battles, and discover four main questlines, each of which will lead to unique endgame scenarios in the game’s final version.

We first featured Memoirs of a Battle Brothel during the release of its demo on Steam, as well as the subsequent Kickstarter Campaign, where the project managed to exceed its initial $15,000 goal by rising $25,469. This initial success will allow the team to include all of their planned stretch goal features in the game's future releases.

Memoirs of a Battle Brothel is now available in early access on Steam for the promotional price of $17.99 until the 29th of March, at which point it will cost $19.99. A demo of the game can be found on Itch.io.
