The first entry in AQUAPLUS’ visual novel RPG series, Utawarerumono: Prelude to the Fallen, is now available on Steam.

Utawarerumono: Prelude to the Fallen is the first game in the Utawarerumono trilogy. The game was first released on the PC as an adult visual novel RPG. Later down the line, an all ages version was ported to the PlayStation 4 and PS Vita, which is the version released on Steam.

The story begins as you wake up, realizing that you are severely injured and a beautiful girl with a pair of furry ears and a tail has been taking care of you. After your recovery, you decide to thank the villagers by becoming their leader and protector. You might have lost your memories, but you'll nonetheless fight to protect your family and the new life lead now.

Enjoy over thirty hours of strategic RPG combat and a heart-moving narrative. Customize your keyboard to suit your playstyle, and execute powerful chain attacks and co-op combos in the game's tactical RPG battles. Additionally, the game also features DLC, where you can buy characters in the Utawarerumono series to use in battle.
