Defend Japan from terrorists in Clymenia’s Public Defense Corp, a futuristic mecha RPG published by Kagura Games across multiple storefronts.
Public Defense Corp takes place in a near-future Japan, which is under constant threat from a terrorist group called Jakou. At one point, Jakou had created bipedal war machines, which allowed them to deal massive damage to the Japanese infrastructure. One victim of such attacks was the game’s protagonist, Haruka Kuramori, who vowed to take revenge after her home district was destroyed.
In response to the terrorist activity, the Japanese government began work on its own war machines and allowed the formation of public defense corporations. At the start of the game, Haruka joins one such corporation, led by a sleazy man named Souta Urikawa, who abuses his pilots for his own pleasure. In order to see her revenge through, Haruka will need to tolerate increasingly abusive and demeaning treatment from her superiors.
Public Defense Corp's gameplay formula is built around mission assignments. Players can choose from a selection of replayable missions, during which they need to complete various objectives while fighting enemies in traditional turn-based battles. As Haruka’s renown grows, she will be able to take part in various public events, during which her lust will slowly increase. As Haruka’s morals become more corrupt, her employers will become bolder with their abuse.
