The Grim Reaper who reaped my Heart! is a short visual novel about Kamuo’s OC, Vel. The game was made to breathe more life into the character and introduce her to a wider audience. In the visual novel you’re free to form a sexual or emotional connection with her.

The story begins after you find a strange door in your house. You’ve never seen it before and know that a door was never there in the first place. When you open it, you find a cute girl playing a handheld gaming console with a blank expression on her face. She seems indifferent to you and asks why a human is in her room. Confused by her statement, you ask her to explain. She introduces herself as Vel, a grim reaper who claims the souls of people after they die. Could she be here for your soul?

There will be five updates for The Grim Reaper who reaped my Heart! Each update will have one new H-scene. Kamuo states that the full censored game, with mosaic censorship, will be available for free so that more people know about Vel.
