The eroge studio known for Hoshizora e Kakaru Hashi, feng is going bankrupt.

On September 30th, the credit reporting agency Tokyo Shoko Research disclosed that eroge developer feng has filed for bankruptcy, with a debt of 60.88 million yen. Feng was first established in 2003, with their most known title being Hoshizora e Kakaru Hashi, which received a twelve episode anime and an OVA by Doga Kobo, as well as a two volume manga.

At Anime Expo 2019, Denpasoft announced that one of the new games they are licensing is feng’s Kanojo no Seiiki, which follows Nase Youhei, a man who was mistaken for a molester, and the victim ends up being his rich childhood friend, Akiyoshi Fuyuka. It was all a misunderstanding, but Fuyuki tells Youhei that she’ll only forgive him if he becomes her butler.

The following quote is Denpasoft's announcement for Kanojo no Seiiki.

Title: Kanojo no Seiiki

Developer: feng

Still a few more titles to go, so here's the next one! This is Kanojo no Seiiki from the developer feng! This is just one of our new partner announcements and we're super excited to be working with them!

While on a train the protagonist was mistaken as a train molester. Even though it was a misunderstanding in order to get out of trouble he was forced to become your childhood friend's butler.
