Developed by Almonds and Big Milk, Strongest Under Heavens - Battle Royale follows Muffin, a swordsman who was encouraged by his friend, Nuts, to participate in a Battle Royale. The Battle Royale is a martial arts tournament held every four years in the Kingdom of Orange. To win, participants must collect all six Crystals hidden throughout the kingdom. How you obtain the Crystals is entirely up to you: finding them yourself, stealing them, deceiving allies, murdering your competition, and other methods are all acceptable in this tournament. You will not be punished for anything you do within the Battle Royale. The one who collects all six Crystals will win the Ring of Heroes, and earn their right to a wish fulfilled by the king. Does Muffin have what it takes to win? What would he wish for?

The game is a turn-based RPG where you increase your stats by leveling up, as well as increase based on the choices you make. These choices can decide which stats increase and whose stats increase. The choice you make can increase an ally’s stats instead of Muffin’s stats, but you won’t know until you make the choice. Over the course of the game, you will battle with all the heroines and get to know their pasts. Each heroine also has her own H-scene.

Muffin, who trained every day as a swordsman,

saw a Battle Royale ad one day with his mother.

Drawn to the idea of testing his strength and getting a wish granted,

he decided to join in, travelling to Orange Kingdoms Castle Town with

his best friend, the Battle Royale Maniac Nuts.

In the Castle Town, he meets many participants.
