The third person shooter and platformer for the Nintendo Switch and PC, Gun Gun Pixies, will take off on September 6th.

Developed by Compile Heart, best known for developing the Hyperdimension Neptunia series, comes the 3D third person shooter, Gun Gun Pixies. It follows two tiny alien girls, Bee-tan and Kame-pon, who came to Earth to study human behavior in an attempt to understand the social issues of their own planet. The pair decides to sneak into a women’s college dorm and collect data on the gigantic girls while keeping their existence a secret.

The gameplay consists of you playing as either Bee-tan or Kame-pon as they infiltrate each girl’s dorm room. Shoot them in specific areas with your gun to fill up your gauge. Once you do that, you can move on to the next level. That’s easier said than done when your targets will move around the room and randomly drop exploding balls that will damage your clothes. Make sure to stay out of their line of site and, if seen, strike a pose to avoid suspicion. If you lose all your health or get caught, it’s game over.

PQube plans to release a Day One Edition for the Nintendo Switch version of Gun Gun Pixies. This comes with the game, artbook, and a collector’s box.
