The nukige visual novel Mamono Musume - Life with a Lamia is coming to the West this Summer.

Developed by Vanadis, Mamono Musume - Life with a Lamia is a visual novel featuring the romance between a human and a lamia.

As a child, Light made a promise to his crush that he will marry her when they next meet. When he grew up, he didn’t expect his childhood crush to be waiting on his doorstep, or to be extremely different from how he remembers her.

The childhood friend that Light made a promise to is a lamia named Leimia and she's come to take Light back to her tribe. Not sure how to deal with the situation, he rejects her offers, but that won’t stop Leimia from being with Light. This lamia will do whatever she can to be with her man.


Years ago, Light made a promise with his childhood crush, swearing that they would one day meet again to get married. Now, years later, he is surprised to find her standing on his doorstep! She's ready to pick back up where they left of, but there's a problem... she isn't quite what he remembered.

She's a stubborn tsundere lamia named Leimia, who is has arrived to bring her husband-to-be back to her tribe. Light isn't sure how to react to a lamia at his doorstep, let along one who wants to marry him. He refuses her invitations, but Leimia won't give up that easy! She decides the best way to convince him is to move in. Not only that, she is determined to make him fall for her, and will do whatever she can to achieve that!
