To Trust an Incubus, a yaoi bara visual novel by Y Press Games, has made its way to Steam.

To Trust an Incubus is a sci-fi visual novel set in the modern world. In a Japanese lab, there is a portal to different dimensions, from which alien visitors often come through. Many of them have warned the laboratory’s professor about certain dangers that may come through it. When four handsome, muscular, and horny incubi that match these descriptions entered through the gate, the professor decided to put them in quarantine.

The professor isn’t certain of whether the incubi are dangerous, and he can’t find a way to communicate with them. In a desperate bid, he sends his temporary worker, Kenta, to spend some time with them in the quarantine to try to connect with them.

The VN is a bara yaoi story first conceived of as a Kickstarter project. It managed to collect a funding of $47,217 USD, which allowed Y Press Games to make a quality product with professional voice acting, 200 CGs, a large OST, tons of endings, and many other, smaller features.

Will the incubi stay in our world? Will Kenta get a permanent job? Make the right choices to get happily-ever-afters for everyone's endings, or the wrong choices for some magnificently effed-up endings.

Sexually explicit art is censored with chibi stickers. If you live in a country that allows adult content you will be able to use a free 'Patch to Uncensor Artwork' in the list of DLC (downloadable Content) of the final game. If you are in one of the 28 countries that ban games with adult content (sorry Australia and Germany) the patch and art book links will not work for you. If we offered it to you our game would be banned in your country. :( Look through the community posts for solutions.

You can purchase To Trust an Incubus on Steam for $19.99. The game features an adult patch that's available as a DLC; however, users from certain countries won’t be able to access it. To circumvent this, the patch is also available directly on the Y Press Games website. There is also a demo available in the sidebar.
