One of the biggest Japanese garage kit showcase events, winter Wonder Festival 2018 has come to an end and LewdGamer has selected their favorite figurines and sculptures.

Wonder Festival (Wonfes for short) is a typically short biannual event usually taking place in February and August, gathering amateur and professional sculptors and manufacturers of “garage kits”. Garage kits are sculptures that mainly replicate anime characters, popular drawings of characters and mecha from various sci-fi genres. As the event mainly focuses on figures that are high detail and sculpting quality, the showcases, more than not, just feature several display models and prototypes.

We’ve decided to take a look at what some of the smaller and bigger figurine manufacturers had in store during the February 18th event and select some favorites to share with you. Our selections range from cute and colorful to primary “hot glue” targets that make you wish you bought a bigger box of tissues. We made sure to divide our picks by booths and manufacturers so that you can keep an easier track of the sculptures when they eventually go on sale.
