Lick twice for service

Switch has released a new build for the sexy high-seas adventure game, Venture Seas. This new build promises bug fixes and additional content.

Switch has made various improvements and added some new game mechanics to the latest build of Venture Seas (5.5.0.) As far as improvements are concerned, players will notice some changes to the difficulty balance and various bug fixes. There has also been an alteration to Jagrit’s character design (lizard-anthro dungeon boss) as seen below.

One of the additions is the “political system.” This system will randomly trigger events while sailing. This will force the player to to make decisions that will affect the economy and character relationships. Switch plans to add to these events in the future.

Venture Seas now also has a newly added achievements and tokens system. Tokens will act as currency to purchase in-game items. Switch notes that these are not microtransactions. In addition to this, the dungeon goals are now functional. Completion of these goals will allow players to earn the aforementioned tokens. There have also been some additional scenes added to the dungeons. Finally, players will notice new UI bars, which display the characters’ emotion and attraction levels.
