Ladykiller in a Bind - Submissive

Ladykiller in a Bind is Now Available on Humble Store

Love Conquers All Games has just released Ladykiller in a Bind, an erotic visual novel. Like many new releases, this one also features a 10% launch week discount on Humble Store.

Ladykiller in a Bind places you in the role of the Beast, a young woman who is forced to pose as her brother and spend a week trapped on a cruise ship with his colleagues. Love Conquers All Games refers to her as, “a super cool dyke with a sweet motorcycle and a reputation for being a ladykiller.” The Beauty is another passenger who, unfortunately (or rather, fortunately)  discovers her ruse. She is willing to help the Beast out — for a price.

My Twin Brother Made Me Crossdress As Him And Now I Have To Deal With A Geeky Stalker And A Domme Beauty Who Want Me In A Bind!! or, Ladykiller in a Bind

Can you survive seven days trapped on a cruise ship with your brother’s classmates and enemies, forced into a game of high stakes social manipulation?

An erotic visual novel by the creators of Analogue: A Hate Story about social manipulation, crossdressing, and girls tying up other girls.

The game creates its cruise ship setting with a unique art style. While aboard the ship, it’s the player’s job to gain votes from the other cruise members while taking care to not raise too much suspicion. Earn enough votes and get the Beast’s motorcycle back or act too suspiciously and get locked up with the cargo. Key characters can also help manipulate the votes and suspicion in your favor. If this doesn’t sound appealing, you’re also free to get your freak on and explore the romance options.

It’s nice to see more visual novels give players control over the story, rather than being little more than digital books. Ladykiller in a Bind sounds promising, and Love Conquers All Games already has a positive reputation for bringing Analogue: A Hate Story and Hate Plus to Steam. More details are available on their website. They also offer a short teaser to give folks an idea of what they’re buying. A link to the demo is available from our previous article.

It’s a pretty nice visual novel/eroge that centers around queer
people, power play (POWER is a central theme in the game) and the
balance between being a dick and not being a dick. It’s not a
straightforward eroge or visual novel, but the theme and ideas are
interesting. I mean, if you like games just for art, maybe this isn’t
    for you and that’s alright.

The sex scenes are really really REEEEEEALLY well written, but there’s maybe too many memes in the dialogue.

A game by an SJW that is actually good and had effort put into it as a game? Who would have thought?

  • BattlerArisato

I enjoyed Analogue: A Hate Story and Hate Plus but the premise here kills any interest from me.
Also, Christine Love is really a dick as a person.

I also supported her in her early career but now sadly she’s another superstar wannabe indie dev who looks down on her customers.

Now regarding this game, it will be interesting to follow to see how the market reacts. It’s $30. That’s right… not $20, $15, or $10 (standard prices of OELVNs have been trending downward especially with Steam).

And it’s been refused on Steam. Nutaku and DLsite would be the obvious alternatives but remember these are the traditional hentai markets filled with misogynist nerds who could care less about the queer experience. Not to mention the “girls” in this game have manjaws.

So basically, the game is now counting on her true fans, without the power of game journalists who have been weakened after all these years. I want this question answered: “How many social justice warriors buy an erotic video game because it’s okay when we do porn.”

      • Kirigirim

It already sold more than Analogue in its first month and Hate Plus in its debut day.

        • Waifu Engineering

Seriously? Wow then. Guess it does pay to get into the indie superstar inner circle. The previous games had some weeb pandering at least. The premise of this game though thoroughly screams “cultural appropriation and deconstruction of weeb tropes by Tumblr Inc.” Alright, gonna sulk now.

Man, you guys reaaaaally look into that whole SJW Illuminati thing. I like it because it had interesting gameplay stuff and the narrative interested me. Since I like oevns and am interested in making one, I bought it. No more, no less.

We would love to support this game on Nutaku. If it’s adult, then we’re interested 😉
