The newest build of Venture Seas is here, which brings us to version 5.0.6. This month’s update mostly focuses on refining existing code and making improvements to the game.

Virtuous Development has reached this month’s release period for Venture Seas, an adult seafaring RPG. We’re now on version 5.0.6, a small jump from the previous 5.0.5. This new version contains a few minor changes, with most work being put into refining existing game aspects. According to developer Switch, things should now be less buggy and more visually appealing.

Not much to say here that I haven’t already said earlier this month in my musings ^_^’. This months update has been based around refining existing code and features to be less buggy and be more visually appealing mostly. This week, I’ve been working on this new combat interface, with some elements to be recycled for the dungeon exploration interface.

Although things look quite confusing, the gameplay will be properly explained with the new tutorial ‘funhouse’ dungeon. I expect to at least have partially implemented for the next build! I hope to add more content such as items, runes as well as new image stills to squeeze in an extra bit of lewd before the refined demo release.
