Marvelous Entertainment has prepared a new batch of DLC for Valkyrie Drive: Bhikkhuni, adding the two female protagonists of the Valkyrie Drive: Mermaid anime series.

We have learned via Dengeki Online that the PlayStation Vita action brawler Valkyrie Drive: Bhikkhuni has received new DLC, adding Shikishima Mirei and Tokonome Mamori from the tie-in anime series Valkyrie Drive: Mermaid into the game. In addition to those two characters, there is also a bunch of new cosmetic DLC for the other playable characters, including new swimsuits and even P.E. outfit and several brand new accessories. Marvelous has begun adding Shikishima Mirei from the anime Valkyrie Drive -Mermaid- as a playable character, with Tokonome Mamori from the same anime as a Mirei-exclusive Exstar, to their PS Vita game Valkyrie Drive -Bhikkhuni- as 650 yen (tax included) as DLC.

Shikishima Mirei boasts extremely high attack power, while Tokonome Mamori has a hidden strength inside her normally innocent demeanor.

“Battle Royal” added to network multiplayer

“Battle Royal” has now been added to “Stripping Battle” and “Exhibition War” as a mode in online multiplayer. You can enjoy the various characters as they fall off the stage. Try your best to fight while avoiding falling off.

In-game outfits and accessories DLC

In-game outfits such as a school swimsuit and P.E. wear, along with accessories such as earrings and headbands, have been added as DLC as well.

Cheerleader: 300 yen (TI)

Shell Swimsuit: 300 yen (TI)

Swimming Goggles: 100 yen (TI) (red, blue, black available)

Headband: 100 yen (TI) (Red, white, blue available)

Piece of toast: 100 yen (TI)

Frilly Cuffs: 100 yen (TI) (Blu, pink, black available for each hand)

Baton: 100 yen (TI) (red, white, blue available)

Accessory set 2: 750 yen (TI)

There’s also a sale going on until March 31st exclusive to the downloadable version of the game: you can get 1,000 yen off the purchase price, making it only 5,804 yen.
