Aquaplus unveils opening cinematic to their upcoming Utawarerumono sequel, Utawarerumono: The False Mask.
The cinematic anime opening has appeared on Aquaplus’s official site for the game as well as on their YouTube channel. Utawarerumono: The False Mask’s opening is animated by studio, White Fox, which is also responsible for creating the anime adaptation of the game. The cover song in the cinematic is called “Nue-dori” and is performed by Suara. The opening itself shows all of the game’s main characters along with some side character and few very flowingly animated battle sequences. The full intro can be viewed below this paragraph.
